"I was very pleased with the building," said Frank Earls, who needed to house his granite fabrication plant in Oklahoma . He discovered Union Steel Buildings, and they were able to handle his specifications.

"I definitely received what I paid for," said Earls. "The building looks terrific. It was delivered on time. None of the parts were missing or defective, in which we had an easy time putting up."

Union Steel Building Services Department, in particular, came into importance when there was some confusion with the blueprints.

"There were some problems with the architectural plans when we received them," said Earls. "They were a little hard to follow, so we contacted Union Steel Buildings Services Department. They helped us out tremendously in explaining the whole set up."

Earls said the building has held up very well. The 40' X 94' X 14' structure was designed to handle a wind load of 90 MPH gusts and 20 lbs of snow per square foot. Since it was complete, Earls said he's found the building to be exactly what he wanted.

"It couldn't have been done any better for what I got. I would recommend to anyone that needs a pre-engineered building to go to Union Steel Buildings."
